From I-40 East or West, take Exit 407 onto Highway 66. This highway will take you through Sevierville and Pigeon Forge before making you way into Gatlinburg.

This route gets pretty congested during peak days and seasons throughout the year.

To avoid this, if traveling on I-40, this alternate route, which may not be as well known, is certainly full of the beautiful mountain scenery you are coming to enjoy.

From I-40 East or West, take Exit 443, which leads you to the Foothills Parkway. Follow this to Highway 321 S into downtown Gatlinburg.
